Bean cheese


By combining the ancestral craftmanship of cheese making and the high nutritional value of beans, this project allows a transition from an animal-based to a plant-based diet.

This cheese press consists of a wooden bean masher, a stainless seel colander, a ceramic tray and cups, and a cheese cloth embroidered with the bean cheese recipe.
