As a design researcher with a passion for food, my work raises questions about our current food production system and ways to escape it. Growing up on a garlic farm in Southern France, in a family of sausage makers, I draw my inspiration from ancestral farming practices and local savoir-faire.

My practice is situated at the intersection of material research, the revival of traditional crafts and storytelling.

I believe in a future where we will consume less, more local, small-scale, thoughtful, non-extractive and biodiverse.
